Who we are
This website, loanproguru.com, is run by AI Solutions Guru, 115 Laurel Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. LoanProGuru is software for mortgage professionals. It is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, the demo request form and the product tour form. Information that lenders, brokers and their borrowers enter into the LoanProGuru application is handled under the agreement we sign with each customer, [CUSTOMER_AGREEMENT].
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you:
- What you type into the demo request form: your name, company, NMLS ID if you choose to give it, email, phone, loans closed per month and any message, and whether you ask for emails from us.
- What you type into the product tour form: your name, company and email, and whether you ask for emails from us.
- When you open the product tour from a personal link we sent you, we record that you opened it.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request.
- We do not use advertising cookies or third party trackers on this website.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your demo request, schedule the demo and send you what you asked for, such as the link to the product tour. We use server logs to keep the website secure and working. We do not use it for anything else without asking you first.
Emails, calls and texts
The box on our forms is for email only. Tick it and we may email you about LoanProGuru; every email has a link to unsubscribe, or write to [PRIVACY_EMAIL]. The forms do not ask for permission to text you, and we do not text you from them. If you ask for a demo, we may call the number you gave us about that request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website, book demos and send messages, such as Cal.com for booking demos and Resend for sending email, and when the law requires it. Our forms go to our own customer system, run by AI Solutions Guru.
The booking page shows the Cal.com calendar inside our page. What you enter there goes to Cal.com, which handles it under its own privacy policy, and to us so we can hold the demo.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for [RETENTION_PERIOD] and then delete them, unless you become a customer. Server logs are kept for [LOG_RETENTION].
How we protect it
This website is served over HTTPS. The security page explains how the LoanProGuru application protects customer data.
Your choices
